EVERYDAY LIVING (Knowing Jesus) By Sam Korankye Ankrah

EVERYDAY LIVING
(Knowing Jesus)
#SamKorankyeAnkrah

"Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through Him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth."
Colossians 1:15‭

Having a deeper understanding or knowledge of who Jesus is strengthens your faith in Him and positions you to face off any form of life's challenges.

Jesus is the physical representation of God in the flesh, He connects humanity to divinity. Without him, no salvation is secured.

Who is Jesus to you? Do you know him? Do you have a personalised relationship with him?

Jesus Christ is noted in John 1:1-3 as the Word: the creative force in  Genesis 1, where God (the Father) by His Word (Jesus) created everything including you. Without him your existence and life become meaningless and unfulfilled.

Colossians 1:17‭-‬18 emphasizes the role of Christ in creation and in your life:
"He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together... So he is first in everything."

Often, your fixation on dealing with life's daily challenges takes your mind off Christ, His place in your life and all that your fellowship with Him offers. However, I want you to know that the bible offers an unwavering assurance that, in Christ, all things hold together and establishes you solidly and beautifully.

I want you to make a decision today to give the creator of your life first place by submitting your life to Jesus, the first and last of all creation.

Pray with me:
God, I thank you for your unfailing love. Today I make a decision to repent of my sins and accept the Lordship of your son Jesus over my life. I pray that You would hold my life together in one single piece, for You hold all things together in the name of Jesus. Amen.
