READ: Romans 8:28-30

“And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” - Revelation 22:17

God knows about you before He calls and elects you. He had planned that He would make you like Him. It is only after God has planned a great destiny for your future that He actually calls you. To reject the call of God is to reject all the special treatment and privileges God has lined up for you.

This calling has amazing implications. Those who accept the call are justified. They are made right with God for accepting the call and not for their good deeds.

Responding to the call is one of the greatest acts of righteousness. That is why God justifies those who are called. What an honour it is to be called! What grace has abounded to your life because you are called!

There are even more unexpected blessings of the call. After being justified and being declared righteous, God has plans to glorify you.

Just because you accepted the call! Imagine that! Who would have thought that accepting the call would lead to justification and even glorification?

Be sure to obey the call of God because the call of God comes from the Holy Spirit. It is the Spirit that is saying that you must come and serve Him! All things work together for good for those who are called.

All things do not work together for good for everyone. God has determined that all things will work together for good for those who are called.

As you obey the call of God you will experience the blessings of a “called” person. Allow yourself to hear the Holy Spirit saying, “Come.” What a blessing it is to respond to the influences of the Holy Spirit!

Start your day with a blessing from the WORD!!!
